Our technical support centre offers customers a single point of contact for maintenance requests, facilities booking and property advice. Accredited to the Customer Contact Association's gold standard and to BS25999 for business continuity, the centre receives over 10,000 calls each month. It offers a simplified process for end users, reduces customers' administrative costs and ensures that calls are effectively logged, managed and prioritised.
