Babcock has been refitting Nuclear Submarines at Devonport
Dockyard since the 1970's. We offer a world class facility that
ensures all engineering activities are subject to extensive safety
and environmental justification, including independent regulatory
approval by both Government agencies and the Royal Navy
itself.
We are immensely proud to employ over 2,300 staff, including a
mixture of Constructive, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, as
well as Chartered Engineers. In addition, we are uniquely placed to
draw upon the expertise of Nuclear and Weapons Systems engineers
whenever required. Providing our clients with an unrivalled level
of service is always our top priority. As such, every client
becomes a valued member of our Joint Project team, which means you
can be fully involved in the day-to-day management of the project
