We support over 400,000 adults and young people across 19 local authorities a year, delivering all aspects of careers education and guidance. We also have expertise in developing learning resources including e-learning and publishing, occupational information, e-guidance, labour market information, NVQ assessment, social and economic research, careers services to the independent sector, and adult guidance.

We specialise in delivering one-to-one advice and guidance in a variety of settings to accommodate the differing needs and challenges of every young person in school or college. We also work closely with organisations and employers to actively reduce the number of young people aged 16-18 who are 'Not in Education, Employment or Training' (NEET).
