Commercial Activities
BIS provides wide ranging support services, including facilities management, industrial maintenance and utilities management, to commercial, retail and manufacturing clients throughout the UK. This includes the hands-on maintenance of operationally critical utilities systems, such as compressed air and process refrigeration, and services are fully and comprehensively covered to ensure that clients have complete security in terms of both supply and costs. City University: Refurbishment of existing building to include but not limited to the following; removal of existing partitions and doors, ceilings and floor finishes. Supply and installation of new partitions and doors, ceilings and floor finishes. Redecoration of walls and joinery. Alterations and provision of sanitary fittings. Overhaul existing windows and doors. New ramp and overhaul doors to entrance. New stair nosings, repaint handrails, walls and ceilings in stairwells. Supply and fit new kitchen. Supply and fit new electrical power and lighting, new data system, new fire alarm system, new mains and new distribution system. Adapt existing radiators and heating system. Provide new heating controls. Supply and install hot and cold water installations. Supply and install ventilation to internal class rooms. |
