Babcock Infrastructure Services (BIS)

Regional Prime Contract South West:
This 7-year contract covers estate management services for almost 200 sites, including military airfields and training establishments across the South West region of England and incorporates some 9,000 assets. We provide facilities management services across the property portfolio and a framework arrangement exists for the provision of design and construction on new projects.

Regional Prime Contract East:
This is the second Regional Prime Contract awarded to a consortium in which BIS plays a leading part and this makes us unique. The scope of the contract is the same as that for the South West, covering estate management services for over 150 sites, incorporating over 4,500 assets.

Project SLAM:
The Single Living Accommodation Modernisation Project will deliver 32,000 bed spaces for military personnel at nearly 100 sites across England and Wales. 16,000 of these bed spaces to be created in the first five years.
