Metropolitan Police Service

Babcock has been commissioned to undertake full Multi-Disciplinary Design and Contract Administration services, including Planning Supervisor duties, for the Alterations and Improvements to the Metropolitan Police Specialist Unit Accommodation at Larkhall Lane London.
The 12-month contract includes the conversion of an existing portal frame building to provide valuably needed accommodation for the Forensic Science Unit.  The project is procured under a JCT two stage, partnering contract with a budget value of £2.5m.
