Health & Safety
Health and Safety is an important issue at Babcock Engineering Services and is a prime business objective in our drive to increase productivity and improve our competitiveness in a tough business environment. To achieve this we have adopted a pro-active approach to health and safety management within the organisation thorough the implementation of a Safety Management system (SMS).
Fundamental to the SMS is the programme of risk assessments which identifies and controls risk involvements which in some cases are unique to the ship repair industry, with a focus on continuous improvement, reducing losses and improving productivity and competitiveness all geared towards customer satisfaction.
