Babcock Infrastructure Services (BIS)

London Borough of Ealing:
BIS provides multi-disciplinary design services for new build development and the alteration, refurbishment and improvement of the Council’s borough wide non-housing properties, together with maintenance management services and energy management advice. This contract has been extended twice and currently runs till 2010.

The majority of our work with Ealing is for the Council’s Education Property Team. We manage capital works schemes, from inception to completion, covering alterations, refurbishments and general improvements to all Life Long Learning building stock. This entails working in close partnership with the team to promote best value and sustainability across all schemes, while endeavoring to continuously improve quality and value for money.
