Facilities

Our manufacturing and construction bays encompass approximately 24,000m2 of covered floor space that provides maximum flexibility to accommodate a wide variety of manufacturing projects, as well provide extensive repair services for equipment from valves and pumps to more sophisticated electronic systems. These activities are supported by an integrated shop floor control and management system.

We have the added facility of a large assembly hall on site, which benefits from a unique capability of 5 bays allowing assemblies to be built on a transportation system, reducing the need for heavy lift cranes. The assembly hall, together with external bay gives a total assembly space of over 5,500m2.

Load out of completed components is readily available given our excellent location and direct access to major road and rail networks. In addition direct load out to ship can be made from our non-tidal basin, which is suitable for most vessels
