Electrical & Mechanical Engineering
The Refurbishment and Integration of complex hydraulic, electrical and electronic systems is carried out on site as well as, commissioning and testing of highly sophisticated electro-mechanical systems
We provide Electrical & Mechanical Engineering (EME) covering repair and overhaul of valves and pumps to complex electronic navigation and communication systems.
In addition we carry out as Balancing, Commissioning and Testing to the highest standards. High Pressure testing of Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems is also carried out on site. A specialist chemical cleaning facility provides the complete service for refurbishment and repair.
Manufacturing & Fabrication
A wide range of Manufacturing and Fabrication capability is available with staff experienced in the use of a range of material from Titanium to Aluminium and Alloy Bronzes. Our Machine Shop on provides a range of Machining capabilities which includes CNC equipment and a large capacity Profile Burning.
The workshops are designed for heavy fabrication and assembly and can be easily adapted to handle a wide variety of structural and pipework projects.
We provide the full range of services to support large complex contracts, from Project Management through to Procurement. In addition to the Manufacturing work associated with the support of Naval ship refits carried out on site we have been involved with many commercial projects. We have produced large modules and modular process equipment for customers within the Offshore, Marine and Civil Engineering Markets. An example being the 2 subsea manifolds of 205 and 250 tonnes for the Conoco Phillips Britannia Satellite Development Project. Another project recently completed was the Manufacture of Hose reels for use in the offshore market.
We have also completed projects for the manufacture of armoured vehicle turrets for use on the UK defence programme.
