Activities
BIS is the largest provider of estate management services to the MoD in the UK. We are the only company to have been awarded two Regional Prime contracts, to maintain the military estate both in the South West and the East of England. We also provide property management consultancy services to the London Borough of Ealing and a range of services to the commercial, retail and manufacturing sectors.We are also involved in a number of highly successful joint ventures, one of which was recently awarded the MoD contract for the modernisation of single living accommodation for the Royal Navy, British Army and Royal Air Force, known as Project SLAM.
