Mike Fellowes Managing Director Mike joined Babcock Infrastructure Services in 2006 from Balfour Beatty where he was Managing Director of Haden Building Management. Under his leadership Haden was transformed achieving considerable growth including PFI’s and the formation of the Monteray Limited and Romec Limited joint venture companies. Mike has spent 30 years in the services industry spanning hotels and restaurants, hard and soft services, and total management services.
As Managing Director of Babcock Infrastructure Services, Mike has executive responsibility for business performance and strategic planning
Mike’s early career was with Grand Metropolitan and was a founder Director of Quadrant progressing to Senior Executive Director roles within Pall Mall Services Group, Marriott, and Sodexo. Mike sits on the CBI’s Public Service Management Working Group and is also a past chairman of the Business Services Association. |

Graham Leeming Finance Director Graham has been Finance Director for Babcock Infrastructure Services since 2002 and is responsible for the Finance, Commercial and IT support activities of the Division. Building upon excellent technical foundations, his teams are committed to the provision of perceptive, focused and challenging support throughout the business.
Graham is a Chartered Accountant and his consultancy and industry based experience has been gained through roles held in Price Waterhouse, BT and Babcock Infrastructure Services. |

Angus Beveridge Health and Safety Director Angus Beveridge is a senior chartered Health and Safety professional who was appointed Health, Safety and Environment Director for Babcock Infrastructure Services in July 2005. In this role, Angus will particularly focus on the development and delivery of the Babcock Infrastructure Services Corporate Responsibility agenda and incident reduction. Prior to joining Babcock Infrastructure Services Angus held a range of duties across the BAA Group including Head of Group Property, Property Safety Manager and Estate Management Safety Officer. |

David Plester Divisional Director David is the Divisional Director for the Babcock Infrastructure Services responsible for delivery of the facilities management services across the Regional Prime Contracts in the East and South West and for approximately 10,000 (SLAM) Single Living Accommodation Units across England and Wales. The role involves supporting defence operations at approximately 300 sites, encompassing some 15,000 assets across a broad property portfolio and a framework arrangement for the project management of a long-term and varied capital construction programme. David is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Babcock Infrastructure Board. David has played a major role in taking the business forward over the last ten years, his current roles includes the development of long term strategies working closely with Defence Estates to determine how their Estate can be best managed over the coming decade. |

Jim Reid Managing Director - API Jim joined Babcock Infrastructure Services in 2001 as Managing Director of API following the Company’s successful acquisition. His role is to strategically develop and build on the Company’s strong blue chip client base whilst opening up profitable new avenues for the businesses innovative portfolio of support services.
Prior to joining Babcock Infrastructure Services, Jim built a niche Utility support business to offer energy centred direct delivery solutions to clients such as BP, Shell, Astra Zeneca, British Energy and GSK. The business was an acknowledged leader in its market and set new standards on the way Compressed Air, Refrigeration & HVAC services were delivered. |

Tim Cawdron Human Resources Director Tim is a Chartered MCIPD and joined Babcock Infrastructure Services in 2006 to head up the Human Resources function. Tim is responsible for formulating and delivering Babcock Infrastructure Service’s HR strategy and functional objectives, ensuring they are fully aligned to serve the needs of all clients, both externally and internally.
Prior to joining Babcock Infrastructure Services, Tim has gained extensive experience in private and public sectors, leading HR teams within major organisations including Amey Highways and AMEC. |

Frank Morris Sales and Marketing Director Frank Morris joined Babcock as Sales and Marketing Director in February 2007. In this role, Frank will help Babcock Infrastructure Services to deliver sustained profitable growth as it secures new and important contracts.
A former director of Serco Solutions, Frank has considerable experience in the outsourcing market having held roles in Sales and Marketing, M&A and Programme Delivery with Serco Group plc and Energis. Frank holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Computer Information Systems Design from |

Ian Smith Operations Director (Public Sector) Ian is Operations Director for the Public Sector Division of Babcock Infrastructure Services. He has over 25 years experience of working with Local Authorities and Public Sector bodies, providing out-sourced building consultancy, maintenance management, design and project management services. Ian and his teams also have expertise in establishing partnering framework agreements and innovative Prime Contracting solutions tailored to meet Public Sector requirements to deliver sustainable best value solutions.
Ian is a building services and energy engineer and his earlier career included roles working for Local Authorities and in manufacturing industry. |
