Duain Cagle has been the President of the former Eagleton Engineering Company since May, 1986.  He continued as the President when Babcock acquired the Texas-based oil and gas engineering firm in 1996.  He has held senior positions with other engineering firms and has a BSc and MBA degree.

Mark Meis is a Certified Public Accountant with 20+ years of experience in the engineering industry and has been with Babcock Eagleton since August, 1999.  He has held auditing positions at Price Waterhouse and various senior accounting positions.
